We will happily accept exchanges or returns within 14 days of receipt of purchase.
In order to process return or exchange we will need the following email email@example.com notifying us of your return/exchange the HUSH Hat™ must have tags attached and have no signs of use (if we receive used or dirty HUSH Hat™ we reserve the right to withhold a refund).
Packing slip needs to be included so we can locate your order.
